Service Message 2026.02.06: Issues with electronic signatures

We've been aware that several customers have had issues with our e-signing feature in the past weeks. This issue should now be resolved, and all new signature requests that are sent out as of February 2nd should be registered correctly (turn green) in Quick3 once signed.

This correction will however not fix missing signatures for any requests sent out while the fault was present. If you sent out any requests in the past month which you need to resolve, please contact our Support department.
